Pinot Noir has been such a revered (and, sometimes, misunderstood) wine. Some of the most cherished (and, highly priced wines) are Pinot Noir. Pinot is known to be quite particular and can elicit great pleasure on the palate when it's right! This tasting is two tastings in one. First, we'll compare a Pinot from France with one from California. Then, we'll taste two CA Pinot at different price points and AVAs.
We’ll also use a few kitchen ingredients that you already have at home to test when and why Pinot tastes it’s BEST!
This will be a truly dynamic experience and I can not wait to taste with you!
